IDICO-CONAC registered with the Management Board of industrial zones Ba Ria - Vung Tau price of leasing the land at My Xuan B1 - CONAC Industrial Zone as follows:
To balance the necessary costs of investment, as well as the management, maintenance of industrial infrastructure to meet the requirements of investors, IDICO-CONAC registered with the Management Board of industrial zones Ba Ria - Vung Tau price of leasing the land at My Xuan B1-CONAC Industrial Zone as follows:
1. Payment of land rental: 45USD/m2
2. Fee of using infrastructure: (hygiene, trees, security, electric lights…): Must be paid annually : 0,35 USD/m2/year.
3. Fee of using land every year: 1.200 VNĐ/m2/year.
This fee will be increased every 5 years, to apply the rules of the Vietnam Government.
4. Term of land leasing period: 29/7/2048
(Prices aren’t inclusive of VAT)
Price mentioned above is applied from the date 01/5/2011
