Enterprise income tax
The tax rate of profit tax is 28% at most. However, depending on  concessionary conditions of investment in industrial zone :
- Enterprises income tax shall be 10-15% within 12-15 years from the beginning of business operation
- the profit tax shall be exempted within 2-4 years, then, reduced by 50% for  7-9 subsequent years since the enterprises  make profit from its business
Profit remittance tax
- Not paying tax (Circulation No. 26/2004/TT-BCT of Viet Nam Ministry of Finance dated on March 31,2004). 
Import and Export Tax:
       Import duty is exempted for the goods imported to serve te activity of the investment project in conformity with the regulations stipulated in Article 16 of Law No.45/2005/QH 11 dated June 06,2005 on import-export duties and Article 16 of Decree No.149/2005/ND-CP dated Dec.08,2005 byt eh Government providing guideline for implementation of articles of the Law on import-export duties.
